Job Description

A rapidly growing start-up that develops a mobile application for contractors in construction and civil engineering is looking for their FIRST hire in the UK. Their platform provides transformational insights that construction companies will depend on to win. They have done this by eliminating paperwork in the field and providing real-time access to data to help customers understand what is happening out on site.

As the UK Sales Leader, your focus will be to drive sales to the mid-market. As well as build out your own team, including Sales Executive, and Customer Success Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospect through to close. You will be working to increase the customer base in the UK, understanding the buyer's journey, and providing support throughout the process. You will be autonomous in your work, hungry to bring on-board a significant number of new clients in your first year, as well as supporting the growth of the UK team through recruitment.

The successful candidate for this role will have:
*At least 5 years B2B sales experience selling SaaS
*Experience selling into the Construction industry is a plus
*A superb track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
*A passion to grow within a rapidly expanding start-up
*Experience £15-45K ACV SaaS deals
