We are currently working with a Gartner recognised innovator in the world of e-commerce technology. They provide a platform that enables their clients to understand and analyse how their users are interacting with their online content. This knowledge can then be turned into profitable actions that increase engagement and conversion rates, whilst reducing operational costs.
Our client is looking to take on a Solutions Engineer to join their growing team. You will be working closely with the business development team, pitching and demonstrating the solution to prospective clients, and supporting the sales process. On the technical side of the process you will need to be the 'go to' for questions from clients around implementation, security, performance and statistics. Whilst not expected to write code, you will need to interact and communicate regularly with CTO's, CIO's and developers
- SaaS pre-sales experience
- A detailed understanding of how a website functions
- A good mix of commercial/technical mind-set
- Experience of web analytics is ideal
