My client provides cloud-based software solutions to help organisations automate and streamline their business processes. The platform offers a wide range of services and applications to support various functions within an enterprise.
They are looking for a Senior Solution Sales Specialist. This individual will serve as a customer-facing domain expert, actively contributing to the development of innovative business solutions in collaboration with their clients. The Role:
- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas for assigned accounts and/or territory.
- Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory, including a target prospect list and a regional sales plan for the UK & I.
- Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting counterparts and the extended team to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations.
- Act as the trusted advisor to customers, understanding their existing and future Application Development roadmap to drive the Platform solution.
- Work closely with Core Sales Teams (AE’s, SC’s, Leadership) and other Solution Areas (Customer, Employee, IT) to deliver outcomes-based solutions.
- Present the Platform offering directly to prospects, customers, partners, and at industry events and seminars alongside assigned Account Executives and a dedicated Solution Consultant.
- Support regional partner channels to enhance the customer experience.
- Articulate customer success strategies to streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value propositions.
- Provide sales enablement for the sales and partner eco-system.
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams with limited support from inside sales.
- Manage the sales process and close opportunities effectively.
- Conduct ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within the software industry, with a preference for experience in Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Application Platform as a Service (aPaaS) solutions.
- Strong comprehension of Business Applications, Process Automation, Hyperautomation, Low Code, or ERP modernization.
- Proven experience in generating and closing deals within Enterprise Accounts.
- Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and deadline-driven environment.
- Exhibits a proactive attitude to excel in a competitive market environment.
- Effective communication of complex issues in simple terms through written and oral mediums, catering to diverse audiences.
- Establishes robust business relationships and effectively engages with C-level executives at customer organizations, as well as within the internal and external ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (essential).
- Willingness to engage in regional travel, with a commitment of 30-50% of time.
