The Company
We are currently working with a rapidly growing technology provider looking to expand their lead generation function with a hungry Senior Business Development Executive. The company provide a marketing platform aimed towards the Retail industry, which utilises AI technology and allows their clients to customise and personalise communication to their customers. Their solution autonomously collects data from numerous sources and combines it to allow for personalized marketing messages.

The Role
As Senior Business Development Executive you will be tasked with generating new opportunities with Enterprise retailers, and fully qualifying these opportunities before passing them over the Senior Sales team to close. You will be working on both direct, and partnership focused opportunities, and will be required to work closely with both elements of the new business sales teams. You will be tasked against generating 4 opportunities per month, and in the process will become an expert in both the Retail and eCommerce spaces.

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in an outbound based sales role
  • Outbound lead generation experience is essential
  • Previous experience selling into Retail and/or eCommerce is ideal
  • SaaS/Technology experience is ideal but not mandatory
  • Communication and relationship skills are essential
  • Highly driven hunter mentality
