The Company
Our client offers a visual commerce platform which automatically delivers personalized social and marketing content to the right customer at the key moment. The AI platform works with a range of global brands across all online channels, and are currently at a very exciting stage of growth, moving from a start-up to a scale-up. My client is the only company that can do this entire personalised process in a fully automated fashion, in real-time.

The Role
As Customer & Partner Success Manager, you will take a leading role in looking after existing European customers and growing the partner base. This includes finding new agency partners through networking; onboarding new brands and partners, ensuring they are highly satisfied with the platform & renewing; and identifying growth through cross-sell and upsell

*5+ years' of Account Management or Customer Success experience (SaaS & Martech highly preferable)
*Minimum 1-2 years' experience with eCommerce related solutions
*Demonstrable commercial acumen with a consultative, "customer first" mentality
*Previous start-up/scale-up experience is key
*Competitive, ambitious, with a drive to succeed
*Experience working with Partners would be nice to have
*Ability to project manage
