The Company
Our client provides a workforce management solutions which allows their clients to manage staff with greater ease and efficiency. Their solution is used to control employee rosters and scheduling and helps with employee communication. The company have recently taken on significant funding and are looking to grow their sales function accordingly.
The Job
Looking for highly motivated, tenacious candidates to join their sales team to help expand their client base. You will be following up on inbound enquiries as well as prospecting for new leads. You will work alongside an Account Executive, qualifying and passing on new leads, and attending demos.
Key Requirements
*Lead generation experience
*Experience in media sales, recruitment or telesales
*Background in retail/hospitality is beneficial
*Understanding of the difficulties with scheduling
*Strong written and conversational skills
