We are currently working with a private equity-backed industry leader in the Risk & Compliance SaaS space. Their intuitive suite of solutions streamlines the Risk Management process for some of the largest companies in the world. They're now looking to expand their team with an SDR Team Lead.

The role of SDR Team Lead will see you leading by example, in a player/manager role, generating leads while tracking the team's progress, training, mentoring and helping them hit target. This is a crucial role for the business and will see you working predominantly remotely, leading a team spread across the UK & Europe.

Key Requirements:
*2+ years' experience in an outbound SaaS sales role
*2+ years' experience in a team lead/management/mentoring role for SDRs
*Track record of achieving against target
*New business hunter mentality
