The Company:
This exciting, disruptive, client provides a smart SaaS platform which provides companies with intelligent tools to create more in-depth and effective board reports. Generating a rapidly expanding Enterprise client list, they are now looking to grow their top-tier sales team. My client boasts very high employee satisfaction and has an extremely diverse team, with over 13 nationalities represented.

The Role:
The client is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to manage and grow the company's SDR team. You will play the role of a player-manager, which will entail the tutoring and mentoring of the team, as well as getting your hands dirty and leading the team by example.

Key Requirements:
* 3+ years' lead generation experience
* 2+ years' management experience
* SaaS & Technology experience
* Financial Services experience desirable
* Hunter mentality
* Proven success against targets
