Headquartered in the US, the company has established bases across the EMEA & APAC regions and are now looking to use recent Series-E investment to continue the growth of their team.
As Sales development leader, you will initially be managing a team of 9 that will grow to at least 2x. You will have full autonomy in this role to implement your best-in-class processes. This will include being directly responsible for hiring, growing and developing the SDR team. You will also further the full sales development / lead generation function within the company. This will include managing inbound and outbound BDRs on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities. The perfect fit for this role will be energized by the prospect of supporting a team of bright, intelligent and competitive SDRs to achieve their professional personal goals. You will have a focus on the process and strategy to contribute to the continued growth of the company. Ultimately you will be a key part of the leadership team on this SaaS scale-up journey to exit.
· Previously been an SDR Manager within the SaaS ecosystem.
· Experiencing managing a team of at least 5 SDRs for at least 18 months.
· Start-up/scale-up exposure and a growth mindset.
· Exposure to regional markets like UK, Germany, France, Spain is desirable.
· Someone able to add to a culture of fun and driving activity.
