Job Description

The market leader of a cutting edge SaaS solution for the mortgage industry is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to target Mortgage Brokers and Independent Financial Advisors. Their platform saves enormous amounts of time for brokers and allows a more seamless process for all concerned, enabling more processes to be conducted over a set period of time. With recent funding from a large company within the space, the company are going through a really exciting growth period and are looking for another 3 sales people to join the team, including this most senior position within their sales team.

As Sales Manager, you will be targeted on winning new business across the UK. You will be approaching insurance organisations and mortgage brokers to sell licences on a user-by-user basis. The successful candidate will be a great presenter, capable of managing the full 360 sales process, as well "tech-savvy" and able to articulate both the technical and sales benefits of the platform. Ideally this person will have gravitas and credibility in both financial services and technology. In addition to winning new business, you will be managing/mentoring a team of 5 junior Sales Executives.

Key Requirements:
*5+ years' SaaS sales experience
*2+ years' managing/mentoring experience
*Experience within Insurance/Financial sector would be very beneficial
*A track record of achievement against target
*An ambition to grow within a rapidly growing organisation
