We are working with an award winning Pre-Series 'A' SaaS company that is headquartered in the UK and has offices in APAC who are looking to appoint their first Sales Director in Europe.
They offer an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning solution for identifying, fact-checking and dealing with false and damaging information circulating on the internet.
They have already secured significant contracts with Governments and major household names in the technology sector - but the company has only begun to scratch the surface - there is significant demand for their solution....
They are searching for an accomplished sales leader to drive growth in this exciting start-up. Operating as a player/manager and individual contributor, this role will grow into a hands-on sales manager in the coming months as the business and team continues to grow.
- 6+ years of Software Sales experience.
- Sales Management experience
- Track record of securing large deals from £200K up to £1m+.
- Previous experience of selling to Government and the Public Sector (must have).
- Ability to translate complex IT solutions into a simple pitch.
- An understanding of journalism, social media, user generated content and how to navigate Public Procurement will all be useful.
- International experience useful.
There is a generous financial package (which includes an OTE 3x base salary), working from home flexibility (but with weekly visits to the office based in central London) and excellent prospects for career progression.
