Job Description

Communication amongst employees is one of the most important components of a successful workforce. We are currently working with a provider of industry-leading Workforce Communication and Management Software. With significant funding, great success in the US and early success in the Enterprise UK market, they are looking to grow their London sales team with top-tier sales people.

The key focus of the Sales Director role will be to expand the reach of the business across EMEA, selling into HR or Internal Communications departments of large Enterprise companies. It's a pure individual contribution and new business focussed role, with £200K Average Order Values. You will work towards a £1.5M+ target and will utilise your SaaS sales expertise to achieve this.

Key Requirements:
5+ years' new business SaaS sales experience.
Significant experience selling SaaS into HR/Internal Communications departments.
Experience selling to C-Level decision makers.
Proof of consistently overachieving against target.
