Our client has received significant funding and after recent success are expanding rapidly in Europe. They offer a digital communication software solution that is very useful for current market conditions and is very much an enterprise play. Part of the growth strategy is to target the Benelux region as well as and they now seeking a Sales Director.
You will be targeting named accounts across the region and working in tandem with one other Sales Director for the UK. This effort will be supported by inside sales. The sales cycle can be six months plus and you will be comfortable with complex deals. The target customers are across various verticals and you will be able to call upon successful case studies to help your process as you engage with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have a success of quota achievement with enterprise customers and have a good understanding of sales process combined with the ability to work in a smaller high growth organisation. You will also be working with people in the US and be comfortable with managing your time with this element of the role. Strong relationship building and presentation skills are also required.
Ideally you will have 5+ years of work experience delivering high-value solutions to complex business problems in large enterprises. Including selling to the C-suite at FTSE 500 companies.
Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience Other relevant experience may include Management Consulting, HR services, IT solutions, Agency or marketing Consulting
