The Company:
This thriving mature-start-up is highly trusted by numerous Enterprise retailers, having proven themselves capable increasing consumer engagement and sales across multiple countries through their in-store SaaS solutions. They are currently looking for a new business focused Business Development Manager to join their growing team in London. The company have created a revolutionary platform that provide their clients with an AI-powered tool that can send and receive real-time information from in-store to provide each customer with an unmatched shopping experience. 

The Role: 
As Business Development Manager, you will be working in a new business focused capacity, targeting bricks and mortar Retailers across the UK and US. Your target in first year will be based on leads generated, but you will be heavily exposed to the entire sales cycle and promoted to Account Executive after 12 months. You will be an autonomous individual, full of energy and continuously striving to achieve the next lead or deal. As part of a small team, looking to expand, you will play a critical role in the growth of the company by closing key new business deals through a mix of warm and cold leads.
 
Key Requirements: 
• 1+ years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS
• A solid demonstration of using process, cadences, and research is essential
• Experience in selling to In-Store Retail is ideal
• Experience working in the Retail space would be a big plus if looking to transition to SaaS
• Experience of working in a fast pace environment
• Fantastic record of achievement against target
• A genuine hunger to succeed in new business sales

This is a fantastic company, with recent VC backing, that is transforming the In-Store digital experience. For the right candidate, the base salary is circa £40-50K with a £25K OTE that is uncapped.
