The most important decisions within a company come from the board. My client provide a smart SaaS platform, which allows companies to create more effective board reports. With an extensive Enterprise client list, they are now looking to build a mid-market focused sales team, and this would be the first Sales Development Rep in this team. Culture is key for this client, they boast an exceptionally high employee satisfaction rating and organise regular team-building socials.
The role of Sales Development Rep will see you responding, engaging and qualifying inbound sales leads as well as profiling strategic accounts by researching and identifying key individuals, and opening up initial conversations to start the sales cycle. You will proactively seek new business opportunities across the Mid-Market region in the UK, and have the gravitas to hold intelligent and engaging conversations with C-level decision makers via phone and email. This is the first Sales Development Rep in this newly formed Mid-Market team, so is a key hire for the business and a great opportunity for a hungry sales person to really grow their career.
*3-12 months' experience in an SDR style role.
*Previous experience in SaaS, recruitment, or similar will be considered
*Experience/understanding of selling to C-level executives.
*Experience selling to Financial Services/Accountancy is a bonus.
*Proof of consistently overachieving against target
