The Company

We are currently working with a well backed, state of the art, employee engagement and communication platform provider which help to connect companies with their employees. This solution allows companies to get important information across to their entire employee base instantly, delivering a well aligned and streamlined organisation. They are actively looking to expand their team in the UK, and this Sales Development role is a key requirement for them.

The Job

As a Sales Development Rep, they are looking for highly motivated, tenacious candidates to join their sales team to help expand their client base. In a more consultative and strategic lead generation role, you will be prospecting for new leads various techniques throughout the UK and English speaking territories around Europe, passing qualified leads onto the senior sales team in preparation for your own development into a fully-fledged closing sales role.

Key Requirements

*1+ years' lead generation experience
*Experience in media sales, recruitment or telesales
*A background in SaaS is preferred but not essential
*Highly driven with a can do attitude
*Strong written and conversational skills
*Strong record of achievement against target
