The Role: As a sales development representative, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Prospecting (by phone, email and social)
- Qualifying leads
- Building rapport quickly with high profile customers in the territory.
- Work closely and collaboratively with BDM’s, technical team, partners, customers, and prospects to deliver exceptional experiences and results.
- Working close to the Senior Management team to provide market feedback and develop local strategies.
- Identify the relevant decision makers to prospect
- Track and manage your pipeline through Hubspot.
- Paying ~£35,000 + commision
Requirements for the role: - Experience is advantageous but not essential
- Curiosity, drive, confidence and coachability
- To sell in a consultative manner
- Transferable skills from careers such as recruitment, estate agency, and other areas of sales
- Bachelor's degree desirable
- Goal-orientated and able to prioritise tasks
- Personable with strong communication skills
