The Company
We are currently working with a rapidly growing technology provider looking to expand their sales team with their very first Renewals Specialist. The company provide a marketing platform aimed towards the Retail industry, which utilises AI technology and allows their clients to customise and personalise communication to their customers. Their solution autonomously collects data from numerous sources and combines it to allow for personalized marketing messages.

The Role
As Renewals Specialist your main responsibilities will be work with the Customer Success team to renew, up-sell & expand the existing Retail clients. This role has been created due to the growing demand from high-profile multi-market retailers who have complex and varied requirements. You will know how to build deal strategies & successfully execute on complex negotiations to optimise ARPA. In addition, you will take care over each of the customer's happiness, ensuring a positive contribution to their NPS.

Key Requirements
*3+ years' experience in a Commercial Focused, Customer Success/Account Management role
*Previous experience selling into Retail and/or eCommerce clients is highly recommended
*Technologically-minded individuals will do well in this role
*Communication and relationship skills are essential
*Boundless positive energy and motivation, combined with a desire to work hard and make a difference
