Located in Hammersmith, Saleslogic are a sales recruitment agency focusing on the technology and software space. Our team of consultants are ambitious, talented and motivated, and we are looking for 4 more consultants to maintain our growth strategy.
Job description
As a driven and entrepreneurial self-starter, you will enjoy responsibility early on, an excellent commission structure and career progression.
You will be responsible for your own desk, managing the full 360 cycle; including winning new accounts, building & managing client relationships, and finding the right candidates for your vacancies.
You will receive first class training, which incorporates classroom, one to one, and on the job, and will be supported by senior members of the team to help you succeed in what is a demanding industry.

You'll be entitled to a basic salary + uncapped commission scheme - Realistic OTE Year 1 £40K-50K.
What the role involves as a Graduate Recruiter

*Winning new clients & nurturing relationships
*Contacting candidates - building professional relationships, market knowledge
*Advertising current roles
*Networking with market specialists
*Headhunting candidates in the market
*Using the database to keep in touch with candidates and clients
*Hitting KPI targets
*Attending client and candidate meetings

An ideal candidate will have

*2:1 / 2:2 Graduate qualification or sales experience (recent Grads or Commercial experience)
*Sales related experience desirable
*Sporting achievements - school/ university/ regional or county level
*Money hungry, ambitious and driven - examples to demonstrate
*Resilient and tenacious
*Ability to think outside the box
*Excellent communication skills
*Personable, measured and composed individual
*Team player
