Lead Development Team Leader, £45-60,000 + (£25-30k OTE)
We are currently working with a global leader in Risk Management software, they use there solutions to help organizations proactively manage risk to create trust and achieve growth. This is essential knowledge needed by companies in order to ensure compliance and achieve strong performance.
My client is seeking an experienced Lead Development Team Leader to support our Risk Management Software solutions with a specific focus on the EMEA region.
As Lead Development Team Leader you will operate in a player/manager capacity - managing a team of 4 - 2 in the UK, 1 in Germany and one in France - and generating leads of your own for the BDM's to close. Ideally you will hae a minimum of 18 months experience within a Team Leader or Senior SDR role (in which you have been actively mentoring junior SDR's). The right profile will have the ability to lead from the front whilst managing upwards and dealing with internal stakeholders in terms of your own teams development.
*A successful track record in a Business Development role dealing with senior levels prospects.
*Knowledge and experience of Salesforce and/or similar CRM systems
*Previous experience managing sales teams across various territories is critical.
*Knowledge and experience in selling SAAS and/or Risk Management software is essential.
