The position of Inside Sales Manager will see you taking charge of lead generation teams across Europe. This will be a pure management role where you will be responsible for hiring, developing and motivating your team of SDR's. You will be responsible for a team quota attainment and will need to effectively manage day to day operations, as well as setting expectations and goals to achieve this.
- 3-5 years' experience managing an Inside Sales team.
- Fluent in English and another European language is a plus
- Creative and flexible approach to generating leads
- A good understanding of Big Data/the app ecosystem
- High energy and driven to succeed
