This position will see you taking the helm of an exciting and growing inside sales team, currently closing small deals and generating enterprise leads for the senior sales team. Very much a player manager role to begin with, you will be carrying a quota alongside defining strategies and processes for the team. You will need to effectively manage and split your time between closing deals and driving the success of your team.Key Requirements:
- Experience managing a closing inside sales team
- Experience in the Marketing technology is a huge plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Successful track record against target.
- Time management skills with this role will be essential
