We are currently working with a hot software start-up who provide bespoke website and app development, along with UX/UI design, providing their clients with an elite digital service package. They are now looking for someone to come on board and build their sales team. As a small team, they have a start-up environment, offering unlimited holidays and free beer or coffee in their office.
This role will see you generating pure new business and developing the company client base, managing the entire business development process. As the first sales person, you will be solely responsible for sales on behalf of this exciting new software company. You will also be responsible for building a sales team and training them to continue company growth.
*4+ years' experience in sales (preferably within Software Development or Marketing/Digital Agency).
*Experience selling into Enterprise clients.
*Leadership skills and the ability to hire and train the right kind of individuals.
*Proof of consistently achieving against targets.
