We are currently working with a hot software start-up who provide bespoke website and app development, along with UX/UI design, providing their clients with an elite digital service package. They are now looking for someone to come on board and grow the business through sales. As a small team, they have a start-up environment, offering unlimited holidays and free beer or coffee in their office.
This role will see you in a pure individual contributor role, generating pure new business and developing the company client base in a 360 sales role. As the first sales person, you will be solely responsible for sales and strategy on behalf of this exciting new software company and will have the option to work from home. You'll grow alongside the company and there may also be opportunities to grow out a sales team further down the line.
*New business hunter mentality.
*3+ years' experience in sales (Within Bespoke Software Development, SaaS or a Marketing/Digital Agency).
*Experience selling into both small and Enterprise clients.
*Proof of consistently achieving against targets.
