Job Description

We are currently working with a company that provide a service to homeowners where they will buy their house quickly in exchange for a good price - these houses are then sold on for profit. They are seeing great success in this market and are now looking for a Head of Operations to come in and re-evaluate the sales/company strategy in order to help take this company to the next level.

As the Head of Operations, your core goal will be to improve the whole end-to-end conversion of the customer purchase funnel by improving processes, operations and systems. You will understand the process homeowners go through when selling their home, the process the house then goes through until the final sale and will devise & implement a strategy to maximise efficiency. You will work alongside Marketing, Sales, Progression, Legal, Underwriting and Finance teams in order to achieve this.

Key Requirements:
*Operations professional with experience transforming a start-up
*Experience growing a performance/progression-led environment through pipeline management and KPI setting
*Ability to analyse customer behaviour through Salesforce and estate agency systems
*Experience of dialers, case management systems, document solutions and rostering/appointing 3rd party suppliers
*Understanding of the real estate space will be a significant bonus
