The Company

We are recruiting for an exciting Data Science driven, digital marketing agency, based in Central London. The company, founded in 2016, have its own proprietary bid management platform, which utilises advanced technology and mathematics to create the most favourable bidding decisions. They are now looking for a Head of New Business on the up, ready to take the reins and get going.

The Role

As the Head of New Business, you will be the first person in the sales team so you will need to be prepared to take on both a player and manager role and kick-start a clear strategy on how to grow a business development team. Initially you will be selling into small to medium enterprises to begin with before focussing at a higher level after a year or so. You will have targets to work toward, primarily five deals per month with average deals circa £3K of monthly recurring revenue, totalling £15K MRR per month.

Requirements

*Someone who has experience in consultative sales
*Clear managerial history - hiring and growing a sales team and added bonus if mentoring a team
*Someone hungry and eager to make an impact in a growing business, go the extra mile
*A background in working in or selling to agencies or SaaS related background is an advantage
