The Company
We are currently recruiting for a platform that enables people to openly trade everything from cars to home items and to find jobs, local services and even events who are now looking to bring on a Head of Field Sales. Their mission is to help create an environment where people share more and waste less and focus upon delivering a first-class trading experience founded on 'Local, Free and Easy'.
The Role
As the Head of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading, managing and growing the field sales team. With two direct reports and a wider team of eight, this is a varied and demanding role with a focus on acquisition of new clients as well as retention of existing key accounts. This role is London based however will most likely require 2/3 days meeting clients and the remainder of the time in the office.
What we need from you
*3+ years' proven sales management experience
*A background in recruitment or a job board setting
*Track record in training, mentoring and coaching a team
*Added advantage with Salesforce or Madgex platform experience
