The market leading provider of video feedback capture and analytics is looking for a Head of Customer Success to manage their CSM team in London. Their video technology helps brands to see the people behind the data, driving customer-centric decisions through engaging video research. With offices now in 4 continents, this company continue to grow rapidly year on year and are looking to continue that trend.
As Head of Customer Success you will work closely with all current clients, delivering a world class customer experience, and helping them achieve their research goals. In addition, you will manage, lead, and motivate, 2 other Customer Success Managers covering the same set of accounts. The aim in this role initially is to grow the whole portfolio of accounts, for example, from £70K p.a accounts up to £200K p.a.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
*5+ Years' experience working within a Customer Success function with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retention
*Experience working with large enterprise corporates
*Experience working within the Market Research industry
*Proven track record having successfully grown and coached a Customer Success team
*An analytical and metrics-oriented mindset, yet be an enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
*Have innovative ideas about Customer Success and able to inspire your team and customers alike
