Job Description

We are working with a London based scale-up who provide Idea management software that enables organisations to generate, capture and actions new ideas more from their people more effectively. They have a global presence with clients ranging from UK public sector to Fortune 500 organisations. With their client base growing every day and having successfully secured a round of funding they are looking for a Head of Customer Success.

The Head of Customer Success will lead the customer success division as well as being responsible for on boarding and educating customers to help them achieve the most from the platform to drive ongoing engagement and retention. You will be targeted on client retention and help with 'land-and-expand' opportunities.

Key Requirements:
*At least 3 years' Enterprise SaaS experience in a similar function
*Previous experience managing a customer success function would be beneficial
*Experience working with Engineering, Sales and Product teams
