This is a very exciting position with a very impressive company selling a complete, end-end Financial Automation SaaS. In contrast to traditional eSign vendors, their service fully automates the transaction process, giving their clients greater control, whilst saving them time and money. VC back start-up taking the market by storm. They have never lost a bid and they have also never lost a client.
The Customer Success function in the company will be a balance between, driving success and value, whilst identifying sales opportunities and ensuring renewals. Initially this role will see you looking after a number of key accounts. As the company and its clients continue to grow, you will be expected to grow the CSM team around you and take on more management responsibilities.
- Experience selling complex software into FS is a must
- Proven experience managing a CSM team
- Start-up experience is ideal
- Effectively able to split management and individual contributor responsibilities
