My client is an innovative start-up based in mainland Europe and looking to break into the UK market. They provide a visionary personalisation SaaS tool that is able to tailor the shopping experience to individual customers in real time. They work closely with top brands to ensure their customers get the best personal experience across multiple touch points, increasing the likelihood of sales and repeat business.
This will be the first pre-sales position in the UK, and you will be working closely alongside the sales team. This role will require both technical and commercial skillsets, in very much a client facing capacity. You will need to be in constant contact with the France based resources to ensure a smooth sales and on-boarding process, hence the need for native/full professional proficiency in French and English.
- French and English language skills are a must
- Previous experience in a Pre-Sales capacity, with marketing/digital SaaS products
- Understanding of the marketing technology arena
- Experience of the Start-up environment would be ideal
- Client facing experience
