French speaking Customer Success Manager, £40K + Comms. London

The Company:

A well-established provider of Social SaaS solutions focused on retail and customer experience is looking for an exceptional new business sales hunter to join their Munich office. This company allow big brands access to customer generated social media interactions, allowing their clients to truly hear what their customers are saying and respond in real time. With a client list including Dell, Panasonic, Adidas, Cisco, Debenhams, Lego and Microsoft, this company's mission is for brands to maximise their social presence, with a measurable ROI solution.

The Role:

As a customer success manager you will be at an associate account management level, you will own the long-term relationship with the clients and will be targeted on client retention, also providing business solutions and identifying opportunities to extend products and services into the client account. It is a demanding role, requiring strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to motivate client action.

Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years Account Management experience
  • Native French speaker
  • Experience in achieving targets
  • Efficient and Organised
  • Tech/SaaS to Retail experience a plus but not a essential
