Our client is a prominent provider of Workforce Management and Employee Engagement SaaS solutions that has a well-established client base in the US. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to add the next layer of sales people to the EMEA team, including an Enterprise Sales Executive, Benelux! They offer a highly desirable SaaS solution that provides managers and team leaders with tools to instantly reach employees on multiple devices.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be the 2nd sales person focusing on new business that covers the EMEA region. With a key focus on the Benelux region, you could be based in London or Benelux. You will have a unique ability to penetrate enterprise level accounts, speaking with HR, IT or Comms teams, to take the sales process through to negotiation and close. Deal sizes will range from $100-400K, with sales cycles of 6 months+, so the right candidate here will have experience selling complex SaaS solutions. Furthermore, the right candidate will be a self-sufficient, highly motivated, operator, who is comfortable working for a US company and within a smaller team covering EMEA.
*5+ years' Complex SaaS closing experience
*Selling to HR, IT, or Comms teams highly desirable
*Fluency in a second language, such as Dutch, German, or French, would be useful
*A new business, start-up, style mentality
*Demonstrable track record of success
