The Company

We are currently working with a well backed, state of the art, employee engagement and communication platform provider which help to connect companies with their employees. This solution allows companies to get important information across to their entire employee base instantly, delivering a well aligned and streamlined organisation. They are actively looking to expand their team in the UK, and this Enterprise Sales role is a key requirement for them.

The Job

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, they are looking for highly motivated, tenacious candidates to join their sales team to win new business at an Enterprise level. Targeting companies with more than 5,000 employees, across EMEA, you will be engaged with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to sign off £100K + deal sizes to work your way towards a new business target of £1M.

Key Requirements

*5+ years' SaaS sales experience
*Experience selling into HR, Communications, or Marketing teams is preferred
*Experience selling a "new" solution to a business rather than a "rip and replace" is ideal
*Highly driven with a can do attitude
*Experience managing multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles is crucial to success
*Strong record of achievement against target
