We are looking for an Enterprise/Strategic Account Exec with a proven track record with a red hot Talent Intelligence/Management Start-Up. Our client has just recently received funding from a very well known VC and is currently building out their first sales team in New York after placing their first Sales Director in November.
Their platform allows Enterprises to assess the workforces knowledge, skills etc using AI and ML which enables them to recruit, and retain workers faster and more accurately.
This is a very hot space at the moment so if the following requirements fit them please get in touch asap;
- Drive New business outcomes - this is a HUNTER role - from lead to PO including full sales cycle, sales strategy, relationship building and business negotiation
- Proven track record of achievement
- Travel to customer locations to support the sales efforts (when relevant)
- More than 3 years of experience in true Enterprise Sales role
- Experience working for a SaaS company ideally in HR-tech industry (Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management)
Will pay up to $160,000 - $170,000 base Plus Double OTE & Benefits.
