The Company:

Following some impressive growth in the EMEA region they are looking to take on an experienced leader to ensure their continued success.

The Role:
This role requires someone who is willing to lead from the front, setting an example for the sales team to follow. You will be managing five direct reports, with an overall team of 30 working in the contact centre. You will oversee all elements of sales operations and distribution, ensuring ongoing process and system improvement across the team.

Key Requirements:
*Proven Leadership experience
*Experience leading a call centre style environment
*Understanding of account management processes
*Possess the ability to identify and implement process change
*Approachable and motivational management style
