Job Description

A market leading provider of customer experience insight and consultancy is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead their Marketing strategy. With three key tools with performance benchmarking, customer satisfaction measuring and employee engagement, the company know it takes to become the best in class customer service operation.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will work within a growing sales and marketing function, delivering a range of multi-channel campaigns. Lead generation is a key requirement, maximising data and content to nurture prospects through a funnel of activities including events, social media and best in class workshops. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for increasing web traffic and improving our SEO and will have gravitas to negotiate contract agreements with a range of media organisations.

Key Requirements for the role are:
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing
*SEO experience
*Experience Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
*Experience managing and editing websites
*An ability to work autonomously
*An ambition to grow the marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding organisation
