The Company
We are currently recruiting for a global industry leader, supplying their applicant tracking and applicant management software to recruitment agencies. Our client provides a staffing solution which allows their clients' to quickly and easily fill front-to-back office vacancies. Their software solution runs Talent Acquisition and Management by combining an Applicant Tracking System, Job Board Synchronization and a Customer Relationship Management platform.
The Job
The Customer Support role will involve on boarding of new clients, walking them through the procedures needed to set up the system, with bespoke functions for specific requirements. Following up with customers will be important to ensure satisfaction and correct use.

Key Requirements:
  • Client facing sales experience
  • Experience with recruitment SaaS will be a bonus
  • Willingness to work in a Start-up environment
