The Company
We are currently working with a very exciting company who provide a content marketing management platform. Powered by Artificial Intelligence it allows marketers to analyse, manage and improve their content marketing campaigns in real-time and across multiple platforms. With a growing presence around the world they are looking to expand their successful UK office and continue their impressive growth.

The Role
This Customer support role will see you dealing with clients on a day to day basis to encourage their continuing success with your product portfolio. Any issues or questions that existing clients may have will be handled by you and the role does have a reactionary element to it. You will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors.

The Requirements:
  • 2+ years' strategic Customer support experience
  • Understanding of the marketing arena
  • Project management experience
  • Comfortable working with large enterprise accounts
  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level
  • Excellent communication skills.
