The Role:
My client is looking for a highly sociable Customer Success Manager to be the direct line of contact for customers. With your thorough understanding of the company's diverse list of clients and unmatched knowledge of the platform, you will be able to identify the different needs for each customer and provide valuable insight into potential upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years Customer Success experience
- Experience working towards targets (proven success)
- Knowledge and experience in Financial Services is a huge bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly Sociable
