Their platform provides an all-in one solution for marketing intelligence and analytics that can radically improve how brands and customers connect, understand and interact with each other.

The Role
As a CSM you will be responsible for, building and owning long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. As the main point of contact for your clients you will work strategically with them to ensure that they are getting the most out of the products. You will also be responsible for identifying areas and opportunities for growth within each account, managing cross selling, up-selling and renewals. You will also need to maintain excellent internal relationships with other client services teams to provide quick solutions to client requests.

Key Requirements:
*3+Years' Experience in the B2B SaaS Arena
*Experience with eCommerce/analytics systems
*Exceptional relationship management skills
*Demonstrated track record of success in driving portfolio growth
