Customer Success Manager. BI Analytics. Big Date. £40K-£50K + £20K OTE

The Company:
We are looking for exciting up and coming candidates to join a leading data integration and business analytics software provider. Their software looks to help harness the value from data and allow their customers to identify areas for growth and improvement. Their analytics platform is comprehensive and embeddable and able to provide analytical information in any environment. With over 1500 customers including Staples and Moody's, this company is established and shows no signs of slowing down.
The Role:
As an Account Manager you will serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing accounts, maintaining revenue streams through renewals and cross/upsells opportunities. You will need to build a strong rapport with accounts from the outset, managing the on boarding and implementation process to ensure you are a trusted point of contact.
Key Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the enterprise software arena
  • Customer focused sales approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must
  • Extremely organised and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
