Customer Success Manager. BI Analytics. £40K - £50K + £10K. London

The Company:

We are currently recruiting for a leading Business Intelligence company that provides comprehensive data integration and business analytics platform. Their open-sourced, embeddable solution enables organisations in any vertical to extract data and harness the maximum value from it, which directly leads to lower costs, increased revenue and enhanced efficiency. This is an established company that have over 1500 customers including Stapes and Moody's are show no signs of slowing down.
The Role:
The successful CSM will be the main point of contact for new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for developing relationships and growing existing accounts working in sync with the sales and marketing teams to seek out up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This is a team oriented position with the potential for growth, responsibility and overachievement.
Key requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the enterprise software arena
  • Customer focused sales approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must
  • Extremely organised and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
