Customer Success Manager. Assessment Software. £45K + Comms. London

The Company:
We are currently recruiting a market leader in Talent Assessment Solutions who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. They offer a more in depth assessment tool by understanding customer's business requirements and supporting individuals in identifying their strengths creating a more united, motivated and productive workforce. They work with individuals to seek out their next career move and work with clients across the entire employee life cycle.
The Role:
As the Strategic Account Manager leads will be provided but you will be expected to provide a consultative approach, attending meeting in the field and exhibitions. They work cross vertically with clients such Channel 4, Deloitte, EY, GSK and Microsoft to name a few but you will targeting HR decision makers.
Key Requirements:
  • Assessment/training software experience
  • Sold into HR teams
  • 3+ B2B sales experience
  • Track record of success
