The Company
We are currently working with a very exciting company who provide a content marketing management platform. Powered by Artificial Intelligence it allows marketers to analyse, manage and improve their content marketing campaigns in real-time and across multiple platforms. With a growing presence around the world they are looking to expand their successful UK office and continue their impressive growth.

The Role
This role would see you managing a portfolio of corporate/enterprise accounts driving success and adoption. You must be comfortable conversing with marketers, providing support and project management where appropriate. Whilst not expected to run sales processes you will be expected to identify opportunities for cross/up sell and assist with renewals where necessary.

The Requirements:
  • 2+ years' strategic CSM experience
  • Understanding of the marketing arena
  • Project management experience
  • Comfortable working with large enterprise accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
