The Company
We are currently working with a very exciting company who provide a digital content marketing optimisation platform. Powered by Artificial Intelligence it allows marketers to analyse, manage and improve their content marketing campaigns in real-time. With a growing presence around the world they are looking to expand their successful UK office and continue their impressive growth.

The Role
You will be given a portfolio of 30-40 accounts at a value of $1-1.5million. You will act as a strategic point of contact to your clients, providing assistance where needed, enabling them to get the most out of the product. You will also be responsible for renewals and identifying opportunities for further sales, working closely with the sales team to continually grow the account.

The Requirements:
*3+ years' strategic Customer Success experience
*Understanding of the marketing arena
*Comfortable working with large enterprise accounts
*Educated to a degree or equivalent level
*Excellent communication skills.
