Job Description

A global player at the forefront of the app analytics industry is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join their team in Paris. The company provide a decision-making platform for mobile application economy offering application store analytics and marketing intelligence support services. With more than 15 offices worldwide and touching on 500 employees, the company are huge player within this industry.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for all client relationships within the existing accounts across Southern Europe, including France, Spain, and Italy. Being based from their France office in Paris, you will understand your clients' strategic goals and develop plans to partner these goals within key industries including Gaming, Retail, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. The right candidate will have a background of SaaS and Mobile, whilst also having experience in data-driven analysis in a consultative capacity.

Key requirements:
*A minimum of 3 years' experience in Account Management
*Ideally experience selling Mobile related SaaS
*Thorough understanding of mobile apps and app stores
*Fluent French and English is essential, additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are advantageous
*Experience pitching at C-Level
