Job Description

The Company

Working with a company who provide an AI-driven decision making engine that tackles Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) by automatically integrating content from multiple sources in real time. This info is then analysed to provide a highly personalised customer experience.

The Role

Looking for a Customer Success Manager build and maintain strong relationships with their clients, assist with the onboarding of new clients, and help to solve any issues/inquiries that may emerge. Ensuring that clients are using the platform correctly, and gaining the most that they can from it is essential in client satisfaction and future sales. The CSM will be targeted on renewals and up-sells, so will be a sales orientated position. Will start off looking after 6-8 existing clients, will some more added further down the line.

Key Requirements

*4+ years SaaS experience, ideally Martech
*Strong relationship builder
*Comfortable with the sales process
*Enterprise level sell

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package with a base salary of £45K-£60K, plus commission.
