Job Description

A leading Data and Intelligence provider for the alternative investment industry is looking for new customer success manager to join their London team. They offer bespoke data feeds and an online platform which allows customers to access information and intelligence that is crucial to their business. They have offices globally and a team of 30 in London and are looking to continue their success.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of around 40 accounts in the alternate investment space. You will act as the main point of contact and concentrate on customer satisfaction, retention and renewals along with identifying new opportunities to cross/upsell.

Key Requirements:
*2+ years' CSM/AM experience
*Relationship Management experience
*Experience working with clients in the Financial Services
*Degree in Finance
