Job Description

We are currently working with an exciting edtech start up that provide university and careers guidance software to schools. Their software uses big data and management tools for schools to offer much smarter career and university advice to pupils. Having closed £4M in Series A funding they are looking to invest in hiring dedicated and passionate individuals.

They are looking for a new Customer Success Manager role to join their team in London. You will be tasked with ensuring clients are making the best use out of the platforms, understanding their challenges and working with the internal teams to ensure the best possible service is given.

Responsibilities:
*Managing post-training and implementation
*Maintain deep understand of platform and product knowledge
*Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction targets
*Act as the first point of contact to provide internal feedback on how to deliver the best possible service

Requirements:
*2 years' + relevant AM/CSM experience
*Experience in a SaaS start-up
*Tech savvy, quick to learn new technologies
*A passion for higher education
